Valerie removed my ear wax and it was a great relief to hear again! She made the experience a pleasant one and explained the procedure and the progress when removing the wax. Valerie was very careful and considerate and made sure I was comfortable and informed. Thank You Valerie for a great experience. I really recommended that if you need ear wax removal, please call and make an appointment with Valerie!
