She was not there at 10:00, my appointment time nor at 10:15. She double booked and I was second. I missed work and lost part of my pay. I had to leave and didn’t get my exam. The receptionist said she would tell her I canceled my appointment, I didn’t, I was stood up by the doctor. Things come up in people’s lives so a call would have been nice but they don’t seem to care. Don D

My visit was a complete waste of time , the Doctor was not there and the resptionist just said ,to bad to sad for you and maid an appointment for two weeks later. Rude and incompetent , she did not represent theDoctor very well.
