Late Mom's therapist. I called to to discuss my mother and her death. After stating she could not break confidentiality, went on to tell me how much my Mother regretted that I never got the treatment or medication I needed. Unethical, both violating confidentiality and evidencing support for diagnosis and treatment planning by a non-professional (Mom) by a pt. VK never met (me). Also showed no interest in my knowledge of my mother's trauma history or death. Superficial, arrogant.
