Dr. Mitchell was very friendly and professional during my visit. She was on time, knowledgeable about my particular issue and listened well to what I had to say

First she introduced herself as a Dr. Mitchell. Which she is not. And told my elderly hard of hearing parent that he was a liar and he had turned down her procedure. This is a procedure the critical care doctor asked why was not done and he had no idea why it wasn’t done. Or why Ms. Mitchell was going off on him because it. If she was having a bad day or whatever her problem was she should not take it out on a hospitalized patient.

Valerie and her staff were friendly and efficient. She explained my condition and gave advice for managing it going forward. She relieved a lot of anxiety I had and I left feeling informed and in control.

Would not go back to her again.. 3 yrs ago I had a colonoscopy and the dr told me it needed to be repeated in 3 yrs. Was trying to schedule this 3 yr procedure. A new health condition had developed so I needed to do a in person visit. Vallory's entire time was spent trying to tell me I didn't need to follow through with this procedure as the dr had previously order. She kept telling me I had aged out of doing colonoscopies. Even resorted to the prep procedures are unpleasant. She kept surfing on the computer indicating she came in unprepared. In the end, she put me in at a low colonoscopy procedure which my insurance would not cover. I later was able to get someone else to raise the level to meet my insurance requirements. She did not address anything about my new health condition which I thought we would discuss. She is young and, in my opinion, inexperienced. There are times when a health condition overrides the general guidelines. Dr orders should be fol.

Valerie was patient and listened. I didn't feel rushed. Things that concerned me, she didnt brush off, but looked into it and got me tested. I truly am thankful to have found her and starting to receive answers for the 1st time in years!
