Telehealth
I’ve seen Dr. Fowlkes a few times through telehealth for my mental health. I had a horrible reaction to one of the medications she prescribed me and during my visit when I asked about side effects/how long they might last she was extremely uninformed and could only give me information from the medication’s website which I had already looked up myself. I recently ran out of refills of a different medication and she won’t get back to my pharmacy so I am now in withdrawal which can be very dangerous for psych medications. I saw her to improve my mental health and instead she made it worse with her lack of care. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from other mental health doctors I’ve seen. Would not recommend.
