I mostly saw Ms. Lancaster for annual visits until I was concerned about my ability to conceive . I was completely brushed off and the testing for PCOS and infertility was not considered. She completely brushed me off and dismissed my concerns saying that I was too young to have an issues and needed to ttc for at least a year before she would order testing. I’m currently in my 3rd year of fertility treatment and my second round of IVF. Had I been taken seriously by Lancaster my prognosis for having a baby would be better. Her dismissal caused me harm and a set back in my journey to having a baby. She does not listen or hear her patients concerns. I know my body, I knew something was not right and I was not heard. I did switch providers and I did receive the care I needed. It’s a shame providers that treat and street have a place at the women’s group. The facility is nice but the care she provided was lacking.

Does not listen to patient and issues. Has own agenda and this all she follows. Extremely poor follow up. My prescription has been messed up for almost a year. Phone system sucks as well although front desk staff take this in stride and are very cheerful. I was switched to Vanessa after Dr. Cotton left the group. If I knew where Dr. Cotton went I would go there no matter how far.
