Rude and Condescending
Filled out a huge packet of information just to be asked every piece of information I had already filled out. When Pribil came in, she had no answers, refused to listen about how my condition is diagnosed (told me I was wrong, even though she admitted she didn't know much about the condition) and told me that all they could do is suggest therapy and an anti-inflammatory diet (as if I hadn't thought of that before!) Refused to try any meds because I had had all of the ones they typically prescribe, meaning I'm stuck in pain for as long as I am stuck in this town. Absolutely incompetent.
