Uneducated and extremely unprofessional

Vangie does not understand the basics of supporting families through anything. Whoever hired and approved this person to work with families, especially children, should be ashamed of themselves. Vangie needs to go back to some kind of training or be constantly supervised while working with families that include children. She is a liability risk in her current state of how she operates during sessions.
