The service he uses for billing is terrible. I received my first bill 8 months after my procedure along with a notice that they were sending the bill to collections. I called and asked for an explanation, was told they had been billing the wrong address. I asked for a detailed statement, and a return call and it took them 10 weeks to get back to me. They made up excuses and still failed to provide a detailed statement. I was told the remaining balance was after my insurance company had made their reimbursement for the portion of my surgery that was covered by insurance. I was also required to pay cash for the cosmetic portion of my procedure. Very unorthodox and no safe for the patient to carry cash. Between the billing agency and the required cash payment this provider comes off unprofessional.

Everything went well. However when I called to pay my bill, the billing system/company he uses is AWFUL. The music cuts in and out. Can barely hear the person who is helping you and the phone call dropped twice. SO FRUSTRATING!
