Veronica Cadiz, APRN

I've been taking my daughter to Coral Square Pediatrics for years. My daughter's physician was Joel Cheresnick, who who was always prompt, kind and thorough. When I made my annual appointment this year, I was told Joel had retired and was given an appointment with Veronica Cadiz, APRN. We waited a full 50 minutes before leaving. Considering it's a 30-minute drive roundtrip for us, it was a waste of 1 hour and 20 minutes in a crowded wait room (this also was a first - the wait room was never crowded). We were never given an update on the timing of our visit, never told Ms. Cadiz was running behind. Rude and unacceptable. I will be seeking another pediatrician for my daughter.
