I couldn't get in with Dr. Ball so I was referred to her NP Veronica and she did a thorough job. Was very patient and comforting and she eased my anxieties.

Does NOT have the best bed side manners. My husband and I felt rush. I hope I caught her on a bad day. However, I will refuse to go to her again
