I purchased a Resound hearing aid from Vicki Connell audiologist. When I started having difficulties with the hearing aid I found that I was on my own. Repeated phone calls found no response. I went to another audiologist for repairs. To my surprise Ms Connell had placed a password in the hearing aid. Ms Connell refused to give me the code to my hearing aid so it could be repaired. The device had to be sent back to the company to unlock the hearing aid. I find this lack of cooperation and lack of support unacceptable in a medical professional.

Highly skilled practitioner. Her exams are very through and she strives to "get it right." So glad a quality practice like this one is available here in St Pete.

Wonderful. My husband and I went for hearing tests. My husband’s hearing loss was assessed and addressed. His follow up questions were answered immediately and we could not be happier with the treatment. Will recommend to anyone needing diagnosis and treatment for hearing loss.

This is my second review. After contacting BayCare medical group filing a negative review, immediate action was taken to rectify my circumstances. Changes were made to staff and all those involved henceforth, including Vicki Connell, acted with complete professionalism and responded by giving me excellent patient care. I am extremely pleased with their response and grateful for a working hearing aid. I would highly recommend Vicky Connell and the BayCare medical group.
