Vicki is an extremely skilled and compassionate counselor that incorporates real world strategies in her treatment approach. I came to see Vicki for help with panic/anxiety. Through our time together she completely disarmed the role anxiety was playing in my life by helping me understand the physiological reasons we experience panic and giving me a number of tools and strategies to manage panic if it came but more importantly to prevent it from occurring in the first place. She changed my life!

It only took one meeting with Vicki for her advice to help me tremendously with my panic attacks and anxiety. I had several follow-up meetings with her but my point is that she is extremely compassionate about the situation and gave me the tools to work through the problem. I'm forever grateful, and I highly recommend Vicki Goodwin.
