Vicki is very professional and answers all my questions (and my wife's questions). We like her personality and trust her medical treatment. Thanks for keeping me well (at 85, that's very important).

We love Vicky Hankins. She never makes you feel rushed, always takes her time to talk to you. I also like that you can get same day appointments, makes it much easier for me to see my Provider

Ms. Vicki was so nice!! The staff had me in the door and on my way in no time at all. She asked questions about my problem that I had not thought of because I felt so bad. She called my RX in right away!! Thank you!!

Vicki Hankins, like the entire staff at the Woodbine location, are the most pleasant group of medical professionals I've ever met. I am so pleased that they are close to my home. The visit was a typical new patient, to establish a new primary care doctor, a light hands on/visual exam, it went ok. I needed refills on all my maintenance medications, so no problem visit. Was informed that I should have a colonoscopy, at which I refused and told that I needed a mammogram at which I was called to be scheduled for, right away. The problem is that the lab (in house) didnt wanna take my blood, before 2 pm and the meds took 5 calls to 5 different people and 4 days to get called in for me. This is ridiculous!

I called for an issue with my arm. I was able to get in to see Vicki and got treated promptly. Vicki is very knowledgeable and always seems to know how to treat my problem

Vicki was very good and listened to my issues .....and when the medication wasn't agreeing with me she took care of the problem right away and changed my antibiotics and I am getting better now. Vicki was awesome.

Kind and compassionate provider. Listens to your health concerns and takes appropriate action when needed. Took as much time that was needed during the appointment. Excellent service!

Was referred to the Pace office due to PCP being out of the office. Went due to several reasons which I feel could all have been addressed by staff. One minor issue was addressed while other which were most important to my health were totally ignored. In my opinion it would have taken little effort to call Drs involved with these issues to try & help with what was happening as is we did our own due diligence and called Drs who took care of issues. You go to a Dr for help not to be told that’s not my problem- as I keep reminding myself Medical professionals take an oath “to do no harm”. Yet time& time again I seem to see staff seem to not care how you feel & render proper care. Also the tone of voice & mannerisms are lacking the care & concern you want to hear. Personally I would not recommend this care giver. My biggest fear is if she treats someone who has medical knowledge how does she treat older clients who tend to believe what a Dr says & would never question them.

I came in Vicki was ready to go. She was attentive, she followed up on everything we discussed in the visit. She did my script refills promptly and properly. If your looking for a great PCP try her.
