Vickie Richards, FNP-C

She said every symptom I have described about my heart issues was normal, and laughed when I explained my symptoms. She even compared my medication dosage to her own and how small of an amount I take compared to her. I wasted my time and money

She brought me to tears. She belittled me on my weight, my choice of exercise, my health in general and argued with me about her instructions from a previous appointment. She makes you feel small and worthless and I will not return to see her. She told me to see another doctor for x y and z issues. But isn’t that the point of a primary?! To help with medical issues?? She’s downright awful.

I recently moved to Cheyenne from Rawlins. I was in for a refill of my ADHD medications. I am newly diagnosed and still figuring everything out. She made me feel weird for asking for a refill, like I'm a drug seeker. I am a registered nurse, not that it should matter. I understand how medications work and I know mine is a stimulant. I am on the lowest dose possible. She tried to argue with me that my previous doctor was in Cheyenne, not Rawlins. I tried to explain to her that she is in fact from Rawlins and I gave her the clinic name. She cut me off and chuckled, as if I were lying to her. She is the reason people don't seek care for mental health issues. Whatever you do, don't go to Vickie Richards, especially if you are being treated for a mental health issue.

I have always heard rumors regarding Vickie Richards and that she inept and boy are they true!!!! I was extremely disappointed that she joined dr. Ribnicks team at Pain Consultants. patients are being forced to see her because she has so many openings. everyone wants to see ribnik. I have seen dr. Ribnick for 20 years and I adore him. I am in a wheelchair and Vicky Richards looked at me as if I were a bug. when she walked in the room she slammed her clipboard down didn't say hello and just started typing. I asked her a question and she walked out of the room and never came back she didn't even say goodbye she was complaining about ribnick and the meds he prescribed were the only words that she had to say. I pray that she finds happiness and inner peace that kind of anger and unhappiness can really be hard on your soul. God bless

Aweful, incompetent, waste of time and money

Vickie literally yells at me when I ask her a question. Glares at me as if I am an inconvenience. She definitely does not put patients first. I have never ever seen her smile. I feel ike I am the enemy. I don't get the feeling that she even wants to help her patients. She spends 3 minutes with me and charges $200. She does not do any kind of physical exam or ask questions, but documents that she does. I hear her yelling at other patients through the walls, I hear her belittling staff and she bad mouths the owner of the clinic. She states, "he is a complete idiot and doesnt have a clue how to run a business." She sneezes and coughs all over. Wipes her nose with her hand and I have never once seen her wash her hands.

Not a very positive person to work with. She does not always listen to the patient before she makes her diagnosis. Does not make a patient feel comfortable. She makes a person feel silly for having made an appt to see someone for a health concern.

She didn't listen to me and my concerns. She just told me I get light headed because I don't eat, I told her I get light headed even when I eat. I have swelling under my arms and in my neck that I can feel and is uncomfortable. I thought it was my glands, she said it wasn't my glands and was perturbed that she had to look under my arms. There is swelling, I feel it and see it in the mirror. Tests didn't show any results. I don't go to doctors often; I know something is wrong. But what?

Office staff amazing, However I have been asthmatic since birth...over 40 years. I have been able to control it and have stayed out of emergency rooms and hospitals 15 years. I came in to just get refills on inhalers. You would think I was asking for narcs. Vickie asked me how often I use my rescue inhaler and as any asthmatic would know depends on triggers. Mine is time of year mostly. As I have many allergies. Sometimes it exercise induced. She was raising her voice at me..very unprofessional
