Dr. Victor Hirsch, PHD

Referred by psychiatrist to get psychological testing done here. DO NOT USE THIS GROUP OF ASSOCIATES! Office admittedly does not check any voicemail or return calls, or answer phone calls from existing patients. Neither are emails answered. After asking for testing services, I thought I had lucked out coming in to start the process the next day, but two sessions and hours of testing later (which is expected) I cannot get an answer for how long until the follow up with my results. It has been more than SEVEN WEEKS with no response except the office saying they would find out and call me back. The Psychologist actually blocked my email after I asked several times for an update with no answer. I will be filing a formal complaint to the Texas Board. I’ve never had contact with such an unprofessional group of professionals in the field. I feel much worse now than I did when I sought their help in the first place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone associated with this office.

Dr. Hirsch helped me get my mental health and sanity back! I will forever be greatful. He is funny, smart, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I thank God for him!

I highly recommend him. I wouldn’t be alive today if it wasn’t for Dr. Hirsch. He rescued me and my marriage .

Took 3 weeks to get in and then he said he wanted to see me every week but they couldn't start the treatment plan for another 3 weeks. I then called on a business day and left 2 voicemails. When I called a few days later to follow up on those messages I was literally told by their office that they didn't listen to the voice-mails and asked me what they were about. Now I can understand scheduling issues but if you can't be bothered to listen to messages from patients then that is unacceptable. Thanks for wasting over a month of my time.

I saw Ms Jones at the League City office. My 6 year old daughter was sent there due to problems at school. They performed 2 "ADHD tests". That was 3 weeks ago and they still don't have any results nor are they offering any idea how long it will take. The front office has been nothing but rude when I question it. When I requested Ms Jones call me back directly, I got an "uh-huh". Only to find out later, when I called AGAIN she's out for the week.

Dr. Hirsch is an exceptional doctor. He truly cares for his patients' and ensures that they receive excellent care and tailored to their specific needs. Best psychologist I've ever worked with (5 therapists over 8 years; 2 years so far with Dr. Hirsch).

Dr. Hirsch has played a huge part in getting me through grief and learning to live in the now. the EMDR therapy that he uses with me has been extremely successful. I would recommend Dr. Hirsch to anyone that needs help in getting through life. I have learned that grief is a process not an event. It is living day by day! Living in the right now. Not worrying about the past or the future, but enjoying right where I am. Highly recommend him!!!!

I had a psychological evaluation with Dr.Hirsch in April 11, 2016, and that was my first psychological evaluation I ever had, and I was referred by Dr H. Tirandaz his clinic is located about 10 minutes close to my apartment, and I also had before a psychiatric evaluation for my first time in my life with Dr. Tirandaz in March 08, 2016, and his evaluation was good, and my evaluation with Dr Hirsch was good as well, and I want to thanks Dr Hirsch for taken his quality time with my evaluation.
