Rude, dismissive, and unprofessional
I see UCHealth scrubbed my review of him on their own website. Seems they don't like honest feedback that shows what some of their staff are really like. Palomares left halfway through the appointment and said he had to go get something. I wait for him to return and a while later a nurse comes in and gives me end of appointment paperwork and I had to tell her my appointment being over was certainly news to me and that I had more I needed to go over with the doctor. So she goes and gets him and he's huffy and short patienced as if I'M the one who is acting completely unprofessional. He goes on to dismiss my extreme physical disability as 'well you sound like you're anxious.' Really? A patient who collapses halfway up a staircase breathing heavily for several minutes before they can make it the rest of the way up matches the textbook definition of 'anxious'? Either he's completely unqualified or he wanted to punish me for expecting to actually speak to a doctor at my doctor's appointment

I couldn't ask for a better primary care! He truly cares about his patients in a way that I have rarely encountered in the medical field. Dealing with a genetic disease that most doctors know nothing about, I feel blessed to have a primary care that listens to me and works with me to address my needs and concerns. His MA is also an angel in disguise! They are a great team and I would rate him and his office 10/5 if it would let me!

I have been a patient of Victor Palomares for a couple of years now and he is the best primary doc that I've seen (he's a PA but I only see him). He really take the time to explain and listen to concerns of mine. He is down to earth and I don't feel like I'm ever rushed with him. I would recommend him to anyone living in the area that needs a great PA!!
