Very abrupt and unhelpful
I sought treatment with Victoria for an urgent eye issue. She called me up before my appointment and explained she was not able to assist. When I asked for more detail, she rudely stated she had a customer waiting and basically hung up on me.

Extremely thorough & great bedside manner
Victoria Bayliss, PA-C, is highly knowledgeable, as was evidenced by her very thorough work up of my health concern. She has a great bedside manner. She’s very personable and listens. I was visiting this area from out of town when my health concern occurred, so I scheduled an appointment with her. I would be very happy to have her as my GP & highly recommend her.
