I am stunned to tears on how I was treated by Victoria Heinz. There was no reciprocal communication. She would not listen to anything or let me finish a sentence. She was over reactive when she made her diagnosis, stating several times that she'd just been to a conference where she was sure I fit the diagnosis. I was told I was in denial about the dx & she often feels she should make a support group for people like me who are in denial. Unprofessional and arrogant.
