Victoria Hinkel was very professional, attended to all my concerns. Described a prcededure she was going to do, did the procedure, then explained how to care for the area for the next couple of days. I was very pleased with my first time experience with Victoria Hinkel, her assistant, and Westgate Staff. Recommend them to others.

My experience has not been good. I would not recommend her as she doesn't take the time with her patients that I feel she should. My recent appointment was at 8:00 (first appointment of the day) and she didn't come in the room until 8:20. She offered no apologies, excuses, etc. I almost felt like she didn't want to see me. I have visited twice and there has not been one note put on mychart with Novant. In fact, the last visit, the nurse didn't even know what medication had been prescribed for me.
