Took my daughter to PA Jedson for her acne. She explained our options thoroughly and took her time to explain the details to my daughter. We were both impressed with her kind mannerisms and her knowledge of skin care. I will continue to have my daughter see her, and have enlisted the rest of my family to see her for their skin care. Highly recommend her and the practice!

PA Tori Jedson was extremely knowledgeable and professional, answering all of my questions and addressed my concerns about my issue. She took the time to carefully explain the diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well informed. The office staff was also very personable and friendly. Victoria led me to believe my mole removal was of minor size & depth and did not encourage me to seek a surgical center or plastic surgeon. I trusted her and I regret doing so as the mole she cut out of me has left a gaping hole in my leg after it opened open again post stitch removal. My wound was not properly managed nor cared for and the whole team was apathetic and unapologetic when I came back in with a bloody oozing open wound that will now take 8 to 12 weeks to heal in the middle of summer. I regret trusting her and in my opinion she lacks knowledge, experience, and bedside manner/care.

PA Palmer is gentle and thorough, her knowledge of my issue seemed spot on. All the staff at Brown Dermatolgy explained everything and were very efficient.
