My family and I love the doctor but her staff and the way this place is ran is a different story! NOBODY ever answers the phone and when you leave a voicemail, NOBODY returns your calls. It takes weeks to get a reply from the nurse on the patient portal, if you even get one. I have tried to get in touch with the doctor over a week now to get a refill on my high blood pressure medication because I do not have enough to last me until my next appointment. I had to finally use someone else or I would just be out of my medication. We have been having troubles with this place for over a year now but we've decided to find a doctor with a staff that cares not only about their job but also about their patients!
