All my concerns were heard and responded to. Nurse and Doctor could have been more personable. There was a bit of sterility to the appointment in the sense of feeling like I am just another patient. The receptionist was nice, friendly, and personable.

Victoria Murray asked about my mental health and that was extremely appreciated because at my last visit I had expressed a major concern about my mental health. She knew I was not in a good place and provided resources at that time. Then she checked in at this appointment to make sure I was ok mentally even though the appointment was a physical concern. It is so important to have someone check in on your mental health and feel you have a safe space to talk to someone that genuinely cares.

For someone who graduated on top her class with honors. You would expect a lot more from her. I was seen almost 2 weeks ago when she misdiagnosed me with carpal tunnel syndrome. So that two days later I had to go to the emergency room. Where the doctors took their time to do the proper testing and find out, I had blood clot in my arm. If she wasn't that much in a rush to brush me off and she did her job correctly, I would have took care of the problem even sooner. She didn't even take the tim
