Vincent Gemelli, PA

I was being seen because I had developed signs of vertigo. I was a new mom, feeling nervous about what could possibly be wrong. "To make me happy," this PA decided to run a bunch of tests, including an MRI of my brain, to rule everything out. When the results came in, I scheduled an appointment. He opened my chart and said, "Oh my god .. oh my god .." I began to cry, thinking the very worst. Instead, he started to laugh, and said, "this is exactly what I told you .. nothing is wrong with you. You're a hypochondriac .. let's talk about anxiety meds." That was the last time I stepped foot in that office.

I moved out of the area but I really enjoyed Vince's manner. He actually changed two medications that weren't working for me and cam to see me when I was waiting for a ride to St Joe's once.

He’s absolutely dangerous to be evaluating anyone. His bedside manor is disgusting. I have never in my 42 years of life, ever felt this uncomfortable with a doctor, physician call it what you want.

I highly recommend Vincent Gemelli PA for their healthcare needs. Knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate.

It was beyond uncomfortable. He decided to massage my back during the appointment and needless to say I just wasn’t interested in his advancements. Definitely the guy has some interesting ways to “diagnose” health issues

I have seen Dr. Gemelli for close to 20 years, and would highly recommend him. I'm saddened and upset to hear he left this practice - I always felt comfortable and trusted him completely on any diagnosis.

Love that docter , he is so kind and caring , Unfortunately I found out he is not there I am so upset I'd like to know where he is so I can go to him I stayed in upstate New York for my care with him

Vince is a wonderful practitioner. He is understanding, he listens and is kind. I am extremely pleased with the care he has given me for almost a year now. I HIGHLY recommend Vincent Gemelli to anyone looking for a practitioner who is knowledgeable as well as patient friendly. In my opinion, do NOT listen anyone who says otherwise.

To say that he was unprofessional is an understatement. I felt very uncomfortable in this appointment. He failed to listen to my concerns. Suggested I was unstable. I’ve never been diagnosed with any such issue, and I was there for an upper respiratory infection. Went to urgent care and was treated. Would never go back.

My visit with Gemelli was very unsettling. He was extremely unprofessional. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and needed an adjustment to my medication. He immediately started asking irrelevant questions about my personal life, left the room, came back and accused me of making up the pneumonia. He was very confrontational throughout the visit. He spoke to others in the room about me as though I wasn't there. I was shocked at his behavior and it was quite upsetting. The whole visit was very brief, yet eventful. 5 minutes into this whirlwind, as I sat there in disbelief, he decided he was putting me on antidepressants. He told me he just prescribed them to the last 4 patients he saw. His last words to me, which I will not repeat here, left me wondering if he really was a PA or an imposter.

Such a bad experience with him. i have always been on high blood pressure meds. He increased and did not tell me. My blood pressure was running high and he neglected to inform me. Ended up in ER with severe panic attack because of it. Had to find out from my pharmacy that my Blood pressure was running 190/101. will never trust him again

This Pa is awesome. Ive been suffering with Insomnia for 2 years now. The very 1st time I saw Mr. Gemelli, he immediately made a quick referral to a sleep clinic.After some testing, it is now known that I have severe sleep Apnea. Vincent was the only doctor in 2 years that sent me to a sleep clinic, This man quite possibly may have saved my life. I am very pleased with him. Great bedside manner.
