I work at a computer all day and struggle with neck and low back pain, after seeing Dr. Roberts my symptoms have been received and I have exercises to do on my own to prevent future pain. Dr. Roberts in very informative and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. We set fitness goals together and discuss how to incorporate it into my running training. I like the level of detail that was given and not just a focus on the pain.

Dr. Roberts is an attentive listener and asks a lot of questions to understand the context around the reason for your visit. Activities and exercises focus on strengthening groups of muscles to support the stable and healthy functioning of the injured muscle(s). He's kind and has a good sense of humor. His methodology makes you feel listened to. Appointments with him are not just transactional interactions; they are an informative experience.

Treatment was personalized and determined via probing conversation and open listening. The focus was on increasing patient independence in addressing physical symptoms and building strength to avoid the stress causing those symptoms. Dr. Roberts helped me to build a toolbox of exercises to use independently and then scheduled periodic sessions to offer feedback and plan next steps. Treatment was very responsive and took into account patient limitations/priorities. Very satisfied.

Dr Roberts goes above and beyond any other doctor or chiropractor that I’ve ever seen! He listens and assessed what was going on in my body and has helped me regain mobility in my hip and leg. He gives me exercises to work on in between visits and they make all the difference. I am getting stronger and I am more able to move pain free. I HIGHLY recommend him!

Dr. Roberts gave me exercises to do to relieve/eliminate pain in my back that I had had for 10 years and seen multiple physicians for relief. When I twist my ankle or over use my hands he helps me. No need to be in pain. I have rheumatoid arthritis and he encouraged me to push through my stiffness to regain my range of motion. I have seen him for over a decade.

Not only Dr.Roberts helped me with the issues I had on my right foot and ankle, he also taught me many different exercise to strength them. Every single visit to the office was pleasant and he was very kind to answer all the questions I had. I would recommend Dr.Roberts to anyone I know.
