Virginia is a caring person, she listens well and has helped me so much with my mental health. She's amazing!

Virginia is absolutely amazing. She has helped me mentally more than any other doctor or therapist. I've been seeing her for almost 4 years. However the staff in the office are extremely rude and lazy. They never answer the phones even when they're sitting in the office doing nothing. I've had to go in for refills after they ignored the phones for 4 days and the secretaries were just playing on their phones. I've had to go without my meds countless times because they won't answer the phones or listen to messages for prescriptions. They would rather the patients go through withdrawals than send the refill requests to the doctors. I really wish Virginia would get a new staff. I've been considering changing doctors because of them and I really don't want to because like I said Virginia is phenomenal.

She's unprofessional and should not be working in mental health. Worst "doctor" I've ever had experience with. The office is also dirty and depressing.

The office staff is terrible. They are rude and argumentive and drop the ball and lie when it comes to filling out important, much needed paperwork. I have been left hanging for a month and it will be much longer for my paperwork to be filled out PROPERLY and faxed PROPERLY to the right people. I would like to make a formal complaint. THIS office and staff are TERRIBLE! go somewhere else if you need help! I will be reporting this office and staff also for lack of proper treatment.

I've been seeing Virginia now for about 8 months and she's amazing. I was terribly nervous at my first appointment but she put me at ease and came up with a treatment plan for my symptoms. Highly recommend!
