Don't recommend. I saw Vivian for the first time about 3-4 years ago. It wasn't a pleasant experience for either of us. I believe there was a miscommunication when I scheduled my appointment. I made it clear for the reason of my appointment; she thought I was there for something else which ultimately led to her not being able to assist me that day. I was annoyed by the entire thing but decided to give her another chance. I don't go to the doctor often but when I do, it's because I deem it necessary. She always dismisses my concerns, and she'll ask questions and either 1. not listen to the answer, or 2 not give me the time to explain my answer. I've given her several chances and she always seems annoyed or impatient. She also likes to remind me of our first encounter. (insert eyeroll).

She is exceptional.

I feel the caregiver listened to my questions and concerns and spoke to me in terms I could understand.
