Walter Hurtado, NP

Walter Hurtado,PA-C has consistently demonstrated readiness for the visit, sensitivity to patient needs and willingness to include the patient as a primary collaborator with respect to treatment/follow-up plans. I am never rushed during Q&A. In fact, Hurtado expects patients to provide feedback and provides meaningful responses to questions. Hurtado is pleasant, professional and demonstrates competence that is very reassuring for vulnerable cardiac patients who deserve trustworthy practitioners . Unfortunately , other practitioners in the same office fail at streamlining appropriate continuity of care (poor communication across care team members), rush the patient, do not update medical records on time, delay sending updated Rxs to pharmacy and appear to be annoyed/burned out during visits and/or phone calls. This is an overall issue with St. Agnes care. I HIGHLY recommend Hurtado, PA-C for the best patient experience and optimized healing that addresses body/mind/spirit.
