He didn't care one bit about my life and he has no care for people's mental health and drug addictions,he only cares about taking people's money and providing false and inaccurate diagnoses and evaluations

He is thorough and thoughtful. He has been my therapist for almost a decade and helped me overcome or handle my issues and live a fulfilling life. I highly recommend him.

The man came in to the office 30 minutes late for my appointment while yelling at his staff (who were wonderful people in all my contacts with them). The actual appointment seemed to me like I was on cross exam straight out of a lawyer tv drama. He was rude and condescending. I will NEVER return to him.

My husbands family and I went to NBH (Dr. Swallow's the ONLY decision maker here) with my husband watching him beg for help to be put into inpatient care because he almost died last week after going to Henderson Hospital due to his ongoing battle with alcoholism. He begged NBH Dr. Swallow to put him into a INPATIENT rehab because he does not have the mental strength/capacity to make it to outpatient-THE DOCTOR REFUSED! No matter how much was told to him. No matter this life threatening situation
