I had an absolutely awful experience with both the staff responsible for booking the appointment as well as Dr. Hamlet himself on the day of the appointment. Re: the former, I was asked via email to provide my insurance info prior to the appointment (which I did). I got confirmation my insurance card and info was received, but somehow I was emailed and called four more times to provide that info! So I sent them my info again TWICE more before they finally registered it. Then upon arriving for my appointment at 10:30am on a Wednesday, I patiently waited 20 minutes past my scheduled appt start time before I went up to the receptionist, who then went to speak with Dr. Hamlet and said it would be ANOTHER 10-15 minutes before he was ready. I'm not sure who else in their right mind thinks it's appropriate to start an hour-long PT session 35 minutes behind schedule, but apparently Dr. Hamlet does! Completely disorganized office and wholly disrespectful of my time during a weekday when I had to get back to work. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. P.S. Not related to my experience, but another woman showed up for an appointment at the same time as me and was told hers was cancelled. She said she did not cancel the appointment and was turned away at the time of service. Complete cluster.

My orthopedic surgeon referred me to see Dr. Hamlet for physical therapy after multiple surgeries of my shoulder. He is an excellent one-on-one physical therapist, bar none. His team Dunia and Yusuke are also attentive
