Wendi Lev, LCSW

Wendi is warm, sincere, and down-to-earth. She has taken a pragmatic approach with me, and has been invaluable helping me take a realistic look at myself, increase self-confidence and develop strategies so that past wounds do not continue to plague me in the present.

Wendi has helped me navigate through periods of both high anxiety and depression. She really takes the time to develop a relationship with her clients and understand them as people. Previous therapists that I have worked with in the past have seemed to operate off of a methodology where as Wendi seems to really tailor her approach to the individual.

I have never met with a less professional therapist in my life. My husband and I tried to see her for marriage counseling--for our first appointment, we waited over 1.5 hours for her to try to figure out how to get her Zoom to work. When we finally rescheduled for the next night, we waited 45 minutes. When we finally connected, she spent half the appointment fixing her hair and makeup in the video camera and moving around the room, making us highly anxious. We thought maybe Zoom wasn't her thing, so my husband drove downtown to see her in person, and was then completely stood up by her with no communication. I do not know how she has managed to stay in business with such unprofessional conduct. It is hard enough as a couple to try to begin marriage counseling, and this was so off-putting to us and made everything so much harder. Inexcusable behavior.
