Dr. Bates has helped me change my life for the better! She is always willing and ready to collaborate regarding whatever topic brings you to see her. She has a lovely friendly personality, is extremely passionate, and is one of the most intelligent people that you will come across. In therapy, Dr. Bates is also understanding and extremely compassionate. She created a stable environment for me when I did not have one. She helped me save myself.

She is intelligent, compassionate and has a good sense of humor. She has a manner that puts you at ease. With a more psychoanalytic persuasion, she takes the time to listen and learn about you and what brings you to see her. There are no magic solutions or quick fixes. Also, she accepts a wide range of insurance plans.
