Wendy McKinnon, APN

Wendy McKinnon is by far the best WHNCP that I have ever visited. This was my first time to visit her office as I just recently moved here from the DFW area. She set my fears and anxiety at ease the minute she walked into the door. She just seems to know what you are going through. She is sweet, understanding, knowledgeable and a great listener. She listened to my concerns and immediately set about to taking the next steps in the treatments I would need, including requesting my previous records. In addition, she recommended and sent a referral to a PCP when I expressed the need to establish a relationship with a Dr. in this area as I have been travelling the 4 hour round trip back to the DFW area to see our current PCP. I didn't realize I was being examined until it was completed. She is a GODSEND, and I will continue to see her going forward.

I know for a FACT, there is nothing anyone would or could say negative about Mrs. Wendy. She's someone that wholeheartedly enjoys and loves her Job! She's like your Mom, but in Doctor (NP) form. She's very easy to talk to. She listens to all that is said. She answers every single question. If you're concerned about YOUR Health, I guarantee you, she's more concerned about YOUR health then you are. You could literally talk to her about anything and everything. She's like a Teacher, she's there every single day! Her title truly doesn't do her justice. I love her and I'm very grateful to have her as my NP.

The best! She doesn’t judge and makes me feel comfortable. She takes the stress and burdens of worry off my shoulders. I love her dearly and recommend her to any and everyone.

I love Mrs. McKinnon! She makes me feel so comfortable, like I'm visiting a friend instead of a healthcare professional. I've never felt like any question I've asked her was dumb, I feel that she personally cares about my well being. She is very classy and down to earth. I really can not say enough good things about her. She is an angel on earth.
