Dr. Wesley Rainwater, OD

This isn’t for the eye doctor. This is for the incompetent lady on the eye wear side and the lady at the front desk on the other side. I called 2 days prior to going there to pick out eye glasses, to make sure we were still good for my insurance coverage. They said yes. Get there and they have no idea where my paperwork is from my previous visit, couldn’t find my prescription from the ophthalmologist who did my cataract surgery. I had to call my insurance because they were too incompetent to do so. The lady behind the desk is so unprofessional. I left and will go somewhere that will acknowledge me and do their job correctly Again the eye doctor there is great, she is so nice, maybe she can rub off on her other employees

Our family has been going to Dr. Rainwater for over 30 years and have been more than pleased with every visit. He is such a wonderful man and a great doctor that always goes above and beyond. He truly cares for his patients and listens. We highly recommend him for any age. He is the best.

Dr. Rainwater is just the best. He consistently goes above and beyond the expected level of care for an optometrist. He also keeps current with the latest developments in eye treatment. If you should need an ophthalmologist or a retina specialist he will get you in with great Doctors as well. My children are grown and out of the house now, but he has treated our entire family for many years.

Wonderful visit. No pushy people, didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Professional, courteous, and prompt.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Rainwater's office for approximately 5 years. We have no complaints. He is a very knowledgeable Dr. & cares about his patients. He and his staff are kind, courteous & professional. We also, recommend others to him.

I have been to Dr. Rainwater's office since I was in 9th grade. That was 30 years ago. He is very knowledgeable about everything with your eyes. He and his staff are always very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to take care of each member of my family. My boys look forward to every visit. I would recommend anyone to see him. If you are scared to see an optometrist, he will put your mind at ease.

I have been coming here for about 3-4 years. He’s my favorite optometrist! I went last Thursday to buy some new glasses. I didn’t realize the office closed at 1pm. I pulled on the door and didn’t see anyone so I left. I started to walk towards the scrub shop that was next door. Dr. Rainwater comes out. He said he was finishing up on some papers and would help me. I picked my glasses and he ordered them. It was truly nice of him to do that. I definitely recommend him.

Dr. Rainwater is the best! My husband's eyes were saved when he immediately made arrangements with an eye specialist he personally knew who took care of detached retina problems. Upon examining my husbands eyes and he knew the urgency.. He just went into action! I trust his skills and compassionate care and feel blessed he is our eye doctor! He has been our eye doctor over 25 years and counting!

I first used Dr. Rainwater 111/2 to 2 years ago. Went because his reviews were good. So glad I did..he is a very nice man and we have been very happy going there.

Great doctor and really nice! Have gone since my first pair of glasses and now I take my kids. Dr. Rainwater is the best!
