Horrible person
Unbelievable how she can continue in this practice of lying, being unprofessional, and downplaying vets disabilities for her own agenda. Literally told her over and over I couldn’t go any further due to pain and she threaten to end the exam if I couldn’t go any further and that I would have to come back and do it all over again. She needs to lose her license and not be in this practice for doing what she does.

I wouldn't pee on her if she was on fire.
She lies both affirmatively and by omission. It's a shame we Vets must put up with people who have and agenda to deny claims, just because they can. I'm 86 and service connected...ask for increase, supported by civilian docs...but Ms. Landell ignored everything I told her as well as the reports from my civilian internist who has treated me for 10 years. I don't have the energy to pursue this anymore, because of my health and age, so this woke creature wins.

The C&P examiner, a Nurse Practitioner names Whitney Landell, ignored everything I told her and apparently, didn't read my civilian Internist (for 10 years) Physician's diagnosis. (She has a practice of some sort in Dermatology. My Doctor has done 4 colonoscopies and 3 esophageal dilations. He also diagnosed me last year with esophageal obstruction, esophageal ulcer, GERDS, Dysphagia, Hiatal hernia and more, all active. I am service connected 10 with ulcer. I have been service connected for years, 50% for Migraine. Since Boot Camp in 1957, and for years, relied upon Excedrin and Aspirin for the headaches, causing bleeding ulcers. I claim the damage done was at least in part responsible for many of the digestive disorders I now suffer from, which are in absolute alignment with the stated conditions for at least a 30% or possibly 50% increase from the existing 10% compensation rate.Landell ignored everything I told her and apparently, didn't read or understand my civilian Internist (for 10 years) Physician's diagnosis. Went to an appointment with VA and she reported to the VA that I didn't have the diagnosed condition of which an ENT and dentist have concluded. She shoved an Otoscope in my ear trying to force my ear canal to bend in ways that it isn't supposed to which hurt immensely. All because she said that my ear canal has a slight bend. How unprofessional. She never checked the symptoms that I described which led to other doctors giving a diagnosis. Now I have to go through a long process of fighting the VA just to show that someone who is less qualified than others somehow determined against what actual doctors have already diagnosed. What a joke.
