The office visit was terrific. Therapist was on time. Was impressed by practitioners knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am a big fan of Albert Ellis, the Father of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I generally find it difficult to open up to others. Dr. Barnes was empathic, non-judgmental, caring, and extremely supportive. The treatment plan we came up with and have been following for months have helped me tremendously. I strongly recommend Barnes Holistic Counseling & Dr. Barnes.
