William Caplin

He berated the patient, my child. He yelled at me about poop. He declined to provide treatment because it was 'too late' even though I called ahead to confirm there was time and it was available. As we were being sent away without the treatment I requested and called ahead for, my daughter asked William Carl Caplin how she would know if she needed to go to the ER. He snorted and sarcastically said, 'You just KNOW'. My child is now hesitant to seek medical care because W.C. Caplin made her feel stupid for asking a question. When I called to question a charge on my bill for a test that I was not informed they ran, and was never given results for, W. C. Caplin screamed at me because my daughter got ill in their bathroom and they had to clean it. I agree it's unfortunate and I can't think of a better place to handle bodily waste than an urgent care facility. FNPC-C W. C. Caplin, failed miserably to treat his clients with compassion or respect.
