He Put Me At Ease
I haven't needed to visit a doctor or have medical procedures done, so when it was decided that I needed a tendon release for my hammer toes I was very apprehensive about the situation. PA Mathie (Chip) could see my nervousness so rather than start preparation for the procedure, he took time to talk with me for a few minutes. Coupled with the fact that he has good bedside manners, lowered my anxiety level. The procedure wasn't as big a deal as I had psyched myself to believe. I credit this PA Chip. Since going in for follow-up visits, I have found that his bedside manners and personality have remained the same since I first went in.I would definitely recommend PA Mathie, or Dr Faux who performed the surgery, to anyone.
