He destroys lives
Bill Oliphabt previously worked for DCF inGoshen NY. My family and many others were wrongfully accused of child neglect and dragged through courts . Bill Oliphant is a lying snake who can’t keep his story straight. He destroyed our lives and the lives of my children. I was in bartered women groups and many a take was told of how evil he is. Stay away from this guy. He is a real live psycho and a narcissistic lier. It took me years to repair the damage he inflicted on my whole family.

Definitely Recommend!
Dr. Oliphant (Bill as he prefers) was helpful to get my child through a difficult patch in life. He offered virtual sessions where my child had an opportunity to engage in sessions within the comfort of our home. Dr. Oliphant presented questions that encouraged my child to reflect and apply strategies within daily life.
