I owe my mental well being to Dr. Bill. I had suffered a series of tragedies that left me severely depressed and questionably functional. Dr. Bill exhibited a level of patience, caring and compassion that helped me back into a good place with a sense of calm and understanding. His Christlike nuturing created an environment for me to regain confidence and control. I have married a wonderful person, own a home; and regained my career with an important and fulfilling job. None of this would be possible without his professional service and care. He is a good man and excellent counselor.
