Dr. William Yates, PHD

Dr. Yates was exceptionally attentive, perceptive and focused on navigating me through a recent relationship issue with my wife. After listening to my troubles he helped break them down for me and offered me guidance. Sometimes it was not what I wanted to hear and other times it was exactly what I needed to get through another week. He shared ideas, technique's and solutions that gave me confidence. He showed the upmost sincerity for helping me.He inspired trust, shared prayer and opened my eyes to more effective ways to communication with my wife. He also shared pitfalls to be aware of and avoid if possible. In my last day of counseling, he summarized my journey, provided positive reinforcement and encouragement.

Dr. Yates has been a wonderful therapist. He spends quality time identifying issues and provides useful strategies to assist his patients in their treatment plans.
