My dad had COVID and needed an evaluation as he has chronic respiratory problems. My dad discussed with Culi that he wanted the medication sent to a specific pharmacy and he wants to make sure it is covered by insurance if possible, otherwise he wouldn’t fill it. He stated this multiple times. She agreed and stated it is covered by insurance. Instead, she sends it to the wrong pharmacy and prescribes a medication for thousands of dollars. When calling the office again, his secretary states there is no way to see if a medication is covered by insurance- which is untrue because you certainly can as I am also a medical professional. She also stated she is unable to get in contact with Culi because it’s 4:30 and the clinic is about to close. Please do not go to someone who does not actively listen to your concerns or states false information to you in the medical field.
