Both times I went to her office I felt well taken care of. I was taken back to a room with no more then 5 mins from my appointment time and waited no longer than 5-10 mins in the room before she came in. I feel like she is very down to earth and straight forward. She showed me my MRI results and explained how bad the disc was setting on the nerve. The first visit she got me straight into pain management to start with Steroid injections. She gave me a direct number to call when I decided the injections were not working so she could get me in with a surgeon. I received 2 injections and neither helped, I called and got back in within 2 weeks. I had the same amazing service as I did the first time I visited her office. I got in and told her the shots weren't working and she got me right in for a consultation with the surgeon. This office is amazing.

I met with her today and found her very straight forward and personable.

I was referred to a Surgeon and when I arrived for my appointment I waited for an hour and a half. When she finally walked in she said so why are you here?? I answered and she pulled up my MRI results and said well unfortunately we can't help you. Do you need anything else and had me leave. Explained nothing to me at all and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not even spend 5 minutes with me. Not to mention the fact that I didn't even get to see a surgeon, I was extremely disappointed
