Love Dr. Chang. Since going to him my back pain has diminished immensely. He answers all my questions and gave me instructions on how to help prevent it from coming back.

Hi. Your providers are very nice and the facility is nice and parking is easy, but in my room for the acupuncture was very cold and it didn't have an electric heat lamp. That would have been helpful. Anyways, and also, they just had like a clock ticking. It would be nice if they had some soothing relaxing music, because the ticking on the clock was just driving me crazy, hard to relax. So, those are 2... my 2 suggestions, the heat lamp, and some soothing music, and obviously no fluorescent lights. They turned out lights during the, after they put the needles in, which is fine, but in general, fluorescent... fluorescent lights are not conducive to Good Health. Thank you.

Need more front staff..one to check in people and one to check out. Someone knowledgeable needs to be training new staff and not leave them alone to keep getting up and walk into the side room and ask questions while they are all chatting

Check in girl was engaging in a longer than normal conversation which appeared to have nothing to do with appointment. Not the end of the world but if they wanted to engage on a persons note could have checked me in then continued visiting.

Dr Chang is great. Super knowledgeable and friendly. He relieves the pain in my back without the use of drugs and explains how acupuncture works.
