She didn't listen and was very rigid in her approach. Didn't offer a cooperative patient and therapist relationship. Tried three visits but wasn't able to establish good communication and felt that my health issues weren't being considered with my feedback. I felt like I had to fit into her plan and mode of operation. Also didn't present with compassion or concern for care but rather an approach that fit her idea. I am 72 years old and have been to many specialists over the years and never had someone dismiss my input as much as this therapist. It was difficult to schedule appointments and the setting was not comfortable. The room for therapy was down a long hall and she called out my name without ever walking down the hall to the waiting area to meet me. I didn't even hear her the first few times and others in the waiting room also were looking to see where she was located. The facility is not comfortable.
