Do Not Waste Your time -Horrible Optometrist!
Very long wait times in diagnostic rooms and exam room. Dr Kim did not introduce herself or apologize for unacceptable wait times. New patient appointment was made for contact lense and glasses prescription. Dr Kimwas unable to perform contact lense exam or fitting as she needed previous provider’s information so she would not have to start measurements from the beginning. Appointment took over 2 + hrs and left without any prescription including glasses as she had not written it out,. Also, promised to get previous providers information. Appointment was 5/18 and have yet to hear back from anyone at GA Eye Associates Braselton. Do Not Waste Your Time with Dr Ye Ji Kim or GA Eye Associates!
