First time with Yelena was about7 years ago for shoulders and neck can not ever see other therapists come close to her high performing treatment. Years later needed her for herniated discs and back if you work through the pain without quitting she gets you to where you want to be.If you need someone to push and encourage you with being gentle but disciplined Yelena is the therapist for you I will continue with her when I need her and I have recommended her to 8 people who are 100% also
