Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. And I thought {staff name removed}. Dr. Yeh assistant. Medical Director, medical assistant was excellent. I didn't know how he kept it all straight, but I got all the paperwork and organized everything, extremely efficient professional manner. And we love Dr. Sue amazing, doctor very gracious, obviously, very competent and very humble, and I think his personality won us all over and yeah, we just have a great great feeling about him.

Not sure nuero doctor gets it..limited guidance going frwd..dr cautious, careful, and spent the time but my case a difficult one to be fair and I am still spending a large part of dr/patient time bringing drs up to speed on what they perhaps should already know or be aware of. Due to complexity of case, not sure neuro can do much more with/for me and at times he seemed disinterested a a result. Granted my brain tumor a rare occurrence tumor and not well researched. I continue to be my own best advocate vs a a system not well versed and working hard to manage demand...

He is nice and they are all nice. Before, I will receive the reminder by text message but this time I got a call. Could you send me a text message to ask Y or N better than a call? Thank you.

The staff and doctor are wonderful and courteous. My only complaint would be if you have a 1:00 appointment do not tell the patient to arrive 15 minutes early if you are closed for lunch. I could have found a better way to spend my 15 minutes (I was actually 20 minutes early) than sitting on the floor in front of the toilets in the hallway.
