Caring, understanding, and friendly!
It was great as soon as I walked through the door! Before anything, she asked if I have ever been treated by a chiropractor. Once I said no, she sat down and explained the whole process to me. Being a new patient, there was lots of paperwork but she explained what everything was for and why the information was needed. The service process was also explained before she started. It was nice hearing her personal experiences while having the process done helped me feel like I was a person being treated by a person and not just some job that needs to be rushed through to get to the next one.
