I have made great progress with my doctors before her. Kathy did not respect all the years I had put in to getting well. Kathy wanted to change everything that had put me where I was. She has a dominant personality and it scares me. Kathy did not take the chance to know me. I had been put on my regimen by very capable high level doctors. The doctor who sent me to Kathy had great respect for her. Problem is Kathy did not respect my doctor prior to her. It would be really helpful if Nurse Kathy would listen and not talk all the time. I did not trust her decisions and her lack of listening skills.

Lacks knowledge of medications. Is in a constant state of confusion and highly anxious. It is obvious she is very new to healthcare and has very little actual work experience. She has no empathy for my uncle.
